Gymnasium in Pontelongo

The project involved the static functional  recovery of a building constructed between 1937-1938 and for such reason included in those built from 1810 – 1950 and the “2nd class Plan Unit” (Articles 19, 20, 21 of the N.T.A. in force) defined as having historical value limited to the facades and the footprint. The objective of this 1st  segment of intervention (for 228,495 Euros) was the recovery of the building to be used as gymnasium with the adaptation of the annexed utilities (such as bathrooms, locker rooms, and equipment rooms). The recovery project maintained the architectural features of the façade unaltered while renovating the building to compliance with the standards an regulations in force.
