The relationship between HMR and his customers is trust-based.

Our work is grounded in the following principles:

› fulfilling the obligations assumed with diligence and competence in the exclusive interest of the client;
› never accepting engagements without the absolute certainty of being able to guarantee execution through sufficient competence;
› ensuring independence in the delivery of services requested without being subjected to external pressure or conditioning of any kind;
› maintaining a correct balance between the value of the services rendered and the value of the payment requested;
› continue professional training with commitment, particularly in the sectors in which activities are performed;
› maintaining the activities performed and all information provided by the client in secrecy and confidentiality;
› conduct activities only through qualified personnel in possession of professional qualifications adequate to the services rendered.

OUR QUALITY POLICY

HMR considers strategic to propose itself on the market as a company able to provide a range of high quality services in the field of engineering and related services.

HMR believes it is important to be publicly recognized as a responsible, reliable and competent company, characteristics that the Company considers as meaningful value for its success and for the promotion of its image.

HMR intends to offer itself without distinction in Italy and abroad, in order to pursue this strategic direction the Company undertakes to operate according to the following objectives.

HMR assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of its QMS, making all the necessary resources available and ensuring that the planned objectives are compatible with the context and the strategic directions.

HMR S.r.l. communicates the importance of the QMS and actively involves all stakeholders, coordinating and supporting them.

Technical competence

- Keeping up-to-date the skills of its technicians to guarantee a service in line with current regulations and regulations;

- Increase the skills of its technicians in order to provide an increasingly qualified service;

- The preliminary assessment of risks and opportunities related to company processes, internal and external verification activities and management review are the tools that HMR S.r.l. puts in place to constantly improve. The tool chosen for the persecution of the Quality Policy, by the HMR, is a Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001 ed. 2015.

As part of the activities carried out by HMR staff, the Management has defined the following areas for the health and safety policy of workers:

- Promote compliance with legislation and the Quality and Safety Management System;
- Training and continuous information to staff on security issues.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

HMR Srl is an Italian company able to carry out design and construction management services for civil engineering works in the public and private sectors, and to design and provide services related to safety on construction sites in compliance with time and funding.

HMR Srl is the result of the experience of over 20 years of activity, and constantly strives to pass on to its collaborators the know-how acquired over time.

The policy of continuous reinvestment in the company has strengthened the company's foundations, making the services offered competitive and innovative.

In this context HMR Srl is seriously committed to work to contain and reduce the environmental impact of its activities, with the aim of providing the customer and the market with products whose quality is also synonymous with respect and responsibility towards the environment.

For this reason HMR has adopted an Environmental Management System in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard; this system is applied in particular to improve the environmental performance of the company in the performance of the proposed services.

This Environmental Policy therefore defines the company's attention to the environment, which is embodied in the implementation of specific programs to prevent pollution and improve everything related to the environmental impact.
